Healthy Chicago Equity Zones West and Near South Region Town Hall Meetings

These town hall meetings are open to the public and will offer resources for utilities, rental assistance, legal aid, insurance coverage, and others. The main focus of these town hall meetings is to bridge the gap between communities and primary care homes. The University of Illinois Cancer Center will help navigate community members to breast and cervical cancer screening programs in the community.
