Dr. Lee and his team pursue the development of integrated light microscopy-molecular assay techniques with the goal of validating it as a universal assay platform for studying the tumor microenvironment. Single-cell spatial omics method by integrating 3D microscopy with single-cell protein and gene sequencing methods will advance our knowledge on cell heterogeneity of the tumor microenvironment.
